This members portal needs its Firebase config pasted in before it can work. Open portal.html, find FIREBASE_CONFIG near the bottom, and paste the config object from your Firebase project (Project settings → Your apps → Web app). Also set ADMIN_EMAIL to the email Jacob will log in with.
